Shortly before sunset, when the sun is nearing the horizon, the daylight softens into a warm, red tone known as Golden Hour.
Liquidity Chardonnay emulates the feeling of a warm summer's evening - the perfect combination of light and bright, soft and warm, and rich. The fresh acidity is like the whisper of a cool afternoon breeze, and respectful oak gives the feeling of the warm kiss of 5pm sunshine. The warmth and texture of oak is reminiscent of the late evening sun - it's present and warm, yet not over-powering.
Our Chardonnays spend the most time on the Liquidity property out of any of our white varieties, it then ages the most time in bottle to ensure it’s perfect before we release it. Gold things come to those who wait.
